This helpful training video, created by the University of Wollongong correctly demonstrates how to stretch the left leg. Parents & carers can perform this calf stretch on the floor lying on child’s front or back. The exercise can also be performed on a couch or bed.
Joanne Morrell, Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist, from the Physiotherapy Department at the Wollongong Hospital, has designed these exercises.
