Rebound Therapy

What is Rebound Therapy?

Rebound therapy uses a trampoline to support physical and sensory development. It uses the rhythmic movement of a trampoline to build motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, body awareness, and sensory regulation. The bouncing motion stimulates muscles, joints, and the body’s balance system, encouraging natural postural adjustments, active movement and body control.
