Physiotherapist Band 5/6

We are looking for a highly motivated paediatric physiotherapist to join our dynamic and expanding therapy team at Heel and Toe Charity in County Durham. Heel and Toe provides therapy to children with Neurodevelopmental disorders, musculoskeletal and respiratory conditions across the North east region.

We are a multidisciplinary team, consisting of Conductors, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, therapy assistants, and Physiotherapists. You will be required to assess and treat children and young people from 0-19 years with a wide range of conditions from across the North East Region. The post will be based largely across our two specialist treatment centres in County Durham but you may be required to undergo community work in homes and schools.

We are currently looking for a band 5/6 Physiotherapist on a full time or Part time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to progress their career, and to work within a dynamic and passionate team to help children and families achieve their goals.

We work closely with our on-site MDT, focusing on joint goals with Speech and language, Occupational Therapy and Conductors. We currently provide weekly on-going land based Physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and block therapy programmes, and will be expanding to a brand new therapy centre providing rebound, and further multidisciplinary block therapy. This is a permanent position.
An excellent remuneration package is offered, pension, on-going training and development.

Must be HCPC Registered, and have at least 1 year post-graduate experience.

Salary: £24,000.00 – £32,000.00 per year, dependent upon experience.
