Connor’s Story
Since joining Heel & Toe, Connor’s family could not help but notice the confidence he has gained. The difference lies in him talking more to different people, whether it is to the charity’s conductors or to Connor’s peers.
Connor’s disability affects his day-to-day life, but it has not stopped his love of reading anything and everything he can get his hands on. Because of the support of the charity, he now has the self-confidence to know that, in the future, he wants to raise a family, own his own home and make his own car.
When asked what his favourite thing about Heel & Toe was, Connor simply said: “I like everything.”
