Life Saving Equipment Donation
Life saving equipment has become very sought after in the last few years. We are lucky enough to have received this equipment in the form of a defibrillator thanks to a kind donation from a local business.
The defibrillator can be found at our centre in Pelton, Chester-le-Street thanks to JS Parker Case Management Ltd. for the donation.
Paralympic Gold Medal Champion – Stephen Miller presented Senior Clinical Lead Physiotherapist with the defibrillator.
Stephen visited the charity for the first time on Thursday. He was thrilled to see some of the children receive the type of therapy that helped his development as a child.
Stephen’s mum, Ros said “Stephen is a big fan of conductive education. It really helped him develop as a child, he is proud to support the therapy”.
Stephen brought his medals along to Heel & Toe in Pelton, to present the defibrillator to Senior Physiotherapist – Jo Parsons.
Joseph Warren who attends Heel & Toe for therapy (pictured above) was especially excited to try Stephen’s medals.
